We have enjoyed our short stay in Royal Saint Michel Hotel. One might comment on the size of the room and the tiny elevator, but we won't. Saint-Germain-des-Prés is our favorite neighbourhood in Paris, and we keep returning. Over years, we have booked rooms in different hotels in the area, and we can quite knowledgeably compare different offers. Royal Saint Michel's location is perfect: close to restaurants, major tourist attractions such as Holy Chapel, Notre Dame Cathedral, Sorbonne, Pierre Hermé boutique & café, Le Procope, Place de Furstenberg, Luxembourg Gardens, The Pantheon, Shakespeare and Company etc.), but also to the RER station - line B, which means direct connection to the airport. We had a quiet room facing the courtyard, full of light in the morning. The bed was comfortable. Coffee and tea were available anytime. We are grateful for being accommodated an early check-in which offered us some additional hours of strolling the streets and enjoying Paris. We plan to return.

The location was perfect.Right in the middle of the busterous Latin Quarter with bars and restaurants very close by.Location was also close to many tourist attractions. The RER B train station is a minutes walk away which takes you straight to Charles de Gaulle airport and the metro is also accessible to reach any attraction. The hotel was really quite although it was right in the centre. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was ok.We were treated with bubbly and macrons on my partners birthday which was a really nice surprise and gesture from the management.Highly recommend to all wishing to visit Paris. There is a small lift but we knew beforehand so it didnt bother us at all.

Location was fantastic, right in the centre of things. Very interesting area with lots within walking distance. Be careful of pickpockets. Metro stations very close by, convenient for Eurostar. Breakfast buffet was good, even quiche offered along with croissants, fruit, yoghurt, eggs and bacon. Choice of hot drinks available. Good start to the day. Had an extra seating area with free coffee machine next to lobby, useful as I left my luggage on the last day and went exploring. It gave me a chance to reorganise in private before leaving. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room nice and big with interesting view. Small seating area. Coffee/tea machine in room.

the Location of the hotel was really good . Near the RER B to go to CDG airport with eateries and cafes around . You could also walk to many other areas in Paris The hotel has wonderful staff ! I would like to commend the staff at the hotel. When we were there the elevator broke down and the staff assisted us in bringing up our large luggage 5 floors up . When we misplaced our key to our lock on our luggage and could not get a local locksmith without paying an arm and a leg for it on a Saturday evening , the staff at the hotel helped us cut the lock . So a big Thank you !

We were after a Parisian experience & that is what we got staying in this charming boutique style hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of eating choices & shopping close by. The room was bigger than we expected & we had a small balcony overlooking a street, lined with trees & cafes. The hotel was very close to a train station, which we caught from CDG airport. This area of Paris is lively, but not over the top & seemed safe. We found it to be a good balance.
