Royal Saint Michel

We were after a Parisian experience & that is what we got staying in this charming boutique style hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of eating choices & shopping close by. The room was bigger than we expected & we had a small balcony overlooking a street, lined with trees & cafes. The hotel was very close to a train station, which we caught from CDG airport. This area of Paris is lively, but not over the top & seemed safe. We found it to be a good balance.

*An Unforgettable Parisian Experience – Highly Recommended!* We stayed at a lovely hotel in the heart of Paris’ Left Bank – a perfect location, just one minute from the metro, surrounded by shops, cafés, and all the charm the city has to offer. From the very first moment, we received exceptional service – from the reception, through the housekeeping team, to the breakfast staff – everyone greeted us with a smile, care, and a true sense of home. A special thank you to *Yohan Dany*, *Youssef*, and *Adam* at the front desk for their kindness and assistance; to *Florinda*, the head housekeeper, for keeping the rooms spotless; and to *Slavica*, the breakfast manager, and her assistant for the delicious meals and thoughtful attention to detail. *David*, the manager, is everywhere, attentively overseeing every small and large detail with genuine care. This hotel feels like old Paris – with its quaint elevator, personal attention, and warm, family-like atmosphere you don’t find in large hotels. We’ve stayed in many hotels – but this experience truly stood out. *A place that feels like home in the heart of Paris. Wholeheartedly recommended!* ❤️

The property was in the perfect location close to Notre Dame and the metro. Easy to walk everywhere including cafes and restaurants. The room was fabulous and the bed was heavenly. So comfortable and so quiet considering we were in the middle of Paris. The service was exceptional. Always with a smile and willing to go above and beyond. The receptionist got me yoghurt late at night from the breakfast fridge as the supermarkets were closed and he didn’t charge me. The breakfast lady Shavika was very pleasant to deal with and even the staff to but me oat meal when I requested it for breakfast. There is also free wine tasting in the afternoon at the hotel, honestly above and beyond service.

Location was fantastic, right in the centre of things. Very interesting area with lots within walking distance. Be careful of pickpockets. Metro stations very close by, convenient for Eurostar. Breakfast buffet was good, even quiche offered along with croissants, fruit, yoghurt, eggs and bacon. Choice of hot drinks available. Good start to the day. Had an extra seating area with free coffee machine next to lobby, useful as I left my luggage on the last day and went exploring. It gave me a chance to reorganise in private before leaving. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room nice and big with interesting view. Small seating area. Coffee/tea machine in room.
